Refund policy

Welcome to CharmLink KC. We value your satisfaction and want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from our store. By making a purchase, you agree to adhere to this policy.

Policy: We do NOT accept returns.

Only time a return is accepted is when an item is damaged, please contact us via email with photos and details about the damage when it arrived to you. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll have the option to be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days or be provided with a replacement for your damaged item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
